Thank you for your interest in +Pouch. Please read the following shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
Pre-Order Notice
All products currently available on our website are pre-order items.
Orders placed during the pre-order period reserve your place in the first production run of +Pouch. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that the product is not yet available for immediate shipment.
Expected Fulfillment Timeline
- Estimated fulfillment and shipping: June 2026
- Your payment method will be charged when the order is processed for fulfillment in June 2026.
Production timelines may shift slightly depending on manufacturing, quality control, and logistics conditions. If there are any significant changes to the expected fulfillment timeline, customers will be notified via email.
Order Processing
Once production is complete and inventory is ready, orders will be processed in the order they were received.
Processing includes:
- Order verification
- Quality inspection
- Packaging and fulfillment preparation
Processing may take 2–5 business days once fulfillment begins.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
After your order ships, delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.
Typical delivery estimates:
- United States: 3–7 business days after shipment
- International: 7–21 business days after shipment (depending on location)
Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after the shipping label is created.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address information.
If you need to update your shipping address before fulfillment begins, please contact us as soon as possible.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
