1. Sponsor
This giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Plus Pouch LLC ("Sponsor"), 40 Alpine Court, Voorhees, New Jersey 08043. The Sweepstakes is administered using the ViralSweep platform. The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Meta, or any other social media platform.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and ViralSweep, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each such person, are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, all other US territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
3. Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins on July 7, 2026 and ends on July 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time, that is, at midnight at the end of July 31, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). The Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
4.1 Free entry. During the Entry Period, visit getpluspouch.com/pages/giveaway and complete the entry form with the requested information (first name, last name, and email address; phone number is optional). Submitting a valid, complete entry earns you one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) base entry per person and per email address. To be counted, an entry may require you to confirm your email address.
4.2 Bonus entries by referral. After entering, you will receive a unique referral link. You will earn one (1) additional entry for each unique, eligible person who enters the Sweepstakes through your referral link and completes a valid entry (including any required email confirmation). Referral entries are earned only through free entries by referred persons; no purchase or payment of any kind is required to earn or receive referral entries. There is no limit on the number of bonus entries you may earn through valid referrals.
4.3 No purchase necessary. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win, and no purchase will increase your chances of winning. Purchasing any product does not create, add, or improve entries.
4.4 Fraud and integrity. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means, and entries using disposable, duplicate, false, or misappropriated identities or email addresses, are void. The Sponsor and ViralSweep reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and referrals and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
5. Winner Selection and Odds
Ten (10) potential winners will be selected in a single random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing is weighted by entry count, meaning each entry (base plus valid bonus entries) represents one chance in the drawing, so entrants with more entries have proportionally more chances to be selected. Every eligible entrant has a genuine chance to win. The order in which names are drawn determines the prize awarded, with the grand prize awarded to the last (tenth) name drawn, as set out in Section 6. The drawing will take place on August 1, 2026 at approximately 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time, conducted live on the Sponsor's TikTok account (@pluspouch). Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or ViralSweep, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
6. Prizes
Prizes are awarded in the order names are drawn. There are ten (10) prizes in total:

Gift card terms. Gift cards are Sponsor store gift cards, are delivered electronically by email, are valid for one (1) year from the date of issue, may be used only toward purchases at getpluspouch.com, cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, by the Sponsor. No cash alternative, substitution, or transfer of any prize is permitted, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or prize component) of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. All prize details not specified above are determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of a prize will not be awarded.
7. Winner Notification and Claim
Potential winners will be notified by email at the address provided at entry, on or about August 1, 2026. A potential winner may be required to respond within five (5) days of notification and to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where lawful) a Publicity Release, and, if a prize's value requires it, an IRS Form W-9. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time, fails to return required documents, is found ineligible, or declines a prize, that prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant selected by the same weighted random method, time permitting.
8. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes on any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Where the aggregate value of prizes awarded to a winner in a calendar year is $600 or more, the Sponsor may be required to report the prize value to the IRS and issue the winner an IRS Form 1099. Winners may be required to provide a Social Security number or taxpayer identification number for tax reporting purposes.
9. General Conditions
By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in a disruptive manner. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and to select winners from eligible entries received prior to the action taken, or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.
10. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, each entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless the Sponsor, ViralSweep, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the officers, directors, employees, and agents of each ("Released Parties"), from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, and liability arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, garbled, or undeliverable entries or communications; for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications-line failure, theft, or destruction of or unauthorized access to entries; or for any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will the Released Parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
11. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each winner's consent to the Sponsor's use of the winner's first name, last initial, city, state, and any statements or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment, notice, or consideration.
12. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy. By entering, you acknowledge that your entry information will be processed by ViralSweep to administer the Sweepstakes and may be added to the Sponsor's email list. Marketing communications are optional and require your separate consent at entry; you may withdraw consent at any time. You will only receive marketing text messages if you affirmatively opt in and provide a mobile number, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
13. Disputes and Governing Law
Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and each entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute shall be the state and federal courts located in New Jersey.
